Online Payment changes

Some changes in registration systems will impact how families and community members pay for district meals, fees, and activities (through FeePay) and/or register for Community Education programs (through Eleyo).

The companies operating FeePay and Eleyo have made a business decision to separate their systems as of December 28. Users will still have access to the convenience of online registration and payment for Meals, Fees, Activities, and Community Education, but will now use two separate systems.

In order for this separation to take place, FeePay will be unavailable from 12:01 am on Saturday, December 28 until 11:59 pm on Sunday, December 29.

The services that will be covered in the future by each separate system are listed below:

  • FeePay Login Page:
    • Fees that you normally would register for and pay through our FeePay system
    • High School and Middle School sports
    • Field Trips
    • School Activities
    • Meals
  • Eleyo Login Page:

    • Community Services & Recreation
    • Early Childhood
    • Adult Programs
    • Youth Programs

Steps users will need to make due to the separation of the registration systems:

  • Logging in - FeePay users will be prompted to change passwords in FeePay. Existing Eleyo user names and passwords will remain the same.

  • Autopay - If you have been using a credit card or savings/checking account in either platform for autopay, you should not need to update them.

  • One-time Fees - If you want to pay for Meals, Field Trips or Activities in FeePay, you will need to register your credit card or savings/checking account information into the system again. Stored payment information for one-time fees within Eleyo will not be affected by this change.

You will notice that the district’s front page Online Payments button will go to a landing page that allows users to choose from Feepay and Eleyo after Dec. 29.

Note: It is recommended that you login to both platforms to verify account information before you make a payment/purchase.
